Cancellation Policy

and the Information Line 542-6544 frequently for the latest information
Cancellations can occur due to many reasons. The League
reserves the right to cancel any game or practice. Cancellations will be posted at
least one hour before the game or practice is scheduled for The Recreation League
and two hours for The Challenge League and Classic League games. Cancellations will be
posted on The Website and on the Information Line (542-6544). Please note that your
game could still be cancelled at the discretion of the referee at the
field. Your practices may also be cancelled at the discretion of your
coach. The decision to cancel is final. Once the cancellation is
made your game or practice may be rescheduled. Recreation games that are
cancelled by the League may or may not be rescheduled. Games which are cancelled
may be rescheduled if both coaches agree and notification is given to the League
before any action is taken. It is assumed both coaches will agree
to these make up games and will contact the Referee
Assignor and the Webmaster
to reschedule. Coaches who want to cancel and reschedule a game must
contact the league first. Once the league has been notified and has
approved the change the two coaches may begin working out the options to
reschedule. Practices may be rescheduled but have to be posted on the Practice
Schedule to be official. Practices listed on the Practice Schedule
